Should you feel like we are the right fit for you and your family, we ask that you look after your children at all times. Ask kids not to enter another camper's space or use a common space areas that is in use or reserved by others without being invited. Everyone appreciates when you confirm that your kids left the restroom in a clean and working order.

Pet Policy

We LOVE dogs here at the b.side and welcome yours with a few simple rules:

  • Please do not leave your pet unattended as they tend to bark, which after twenty minutes will come with an eviction which we hate to do. Don't make us evict you and your sweet friend just to have dinner!
  • We shouldn't have to say this, but please pick up after your pup. We provide bags on both sides of the building.
  • There is a dog walk area between us and the cemetery. Please use this!
  • Please let us know of accidents in the room so we can clean it before new guests arrive! If you let us know it's a mere $10 per accident to clean. If you don't, we reserve the right to charge the card on file up to $500 to disinfect a room and deal with the potential for angry guests and bad reviews due to your dog's accident. We really will work with you, we promise!
  • RV guests, if leave your dog in the RV and they are quiet great, if you leave them in your RV and they are barking we will call you and you must return to retrieve them.
  • Thank you for reading and understanding our pet guidelines (please ask for any clarification if needed). Adherence to these guidelines are very important. If these are dismissed by you, we will kindly ask you and your dog to vacate the premises with no refund.
