A Credit Card is required to hold and confirm your reservation.
Our policy reflects our size, we are a small motel and micro-RV-park. Cancellations received with less than 72 hours from check-in will be charged the first nights stay, if we are able to fill the space by the close of business we will waive the cancellation fee. Last-minute cancellations may impact our ability to re- book the space, this is especially true when a party reserves a space for multiple days or weeks. For reservations exceeding 3 nights, a cancellation fee is 20% plus the first nights stay.
We welcome older, vintage RVs, or tiny homes in good condition and do not have age requirements for RVs. We do require all RVs to be in good working order and visually cared for. No dents, no tarps, no duct tape, no add-ons, all outlets connecting into park power must be in excellent condition. If you arrive and your RV does not meet these standards you will not be permitted to park.
There are no refunds for early departure.

Please look after your children at all times, we ask that kids do not enter other campers space or use common areas that are in use by other campers without being invited.
Please note that smoking areas are reserved for adults 21 and over. Children are not permitted in smoking spaces even when not in use.
We ask that you make sure kids leave restroom facilities in a clean manner. Lastly, make sure kids are being respectful of their volume.
Recycle & Garbage Disposal:
Trash must be bagged. Do not throw crabbing or fishing remains in dumpster. Recycle what you can
Tobacco Policy/Smoke/Vaporize Policy:
No smoking in rooms. Use designated tobacco area. Make sure all butts are out to prevent fires.
Alcohol and Cannabis Policy:
21 and over. No smoking in rooms. Cannabis use in designated area only. Know your limit, play nice with others.
At this time we only allow dogs in motel guest rooms, we are unable to host your cat at this time in a guest room.
We would like to introduce you to our property guidelines for pets. We love dogs, and we also want all guests to enjoy their stay. We’re asking you to accept and embrace our guidelines. In doing so we are able to provide a warm and welcoming pet friendly property.
Well behaved dogs are welcome here, please know your pup’s personality and limitations before bringing them along.
Please do not let your dog pee and poop around the property. Please provide your dog with plenty of trips outside the property to do its business. There is a pet walking area adjacent to the property. If you forgot poo bags we have you covered. Guests are responsible for pet waste clean-up each and every time they walk their dog.
We have put a lot of time and effort into creating a clean and welcoming space for all to enjoy and would like to keep it smelling and looking great. If there is an accident don’t hide it, let the host know asap and we can work together to make it right.
We know your dog is great, but trust us your dog will bark if you leave him or her in the room because this is an unknown space with different sounds. Do not leave your dog in the room unattended. If you go dinner take your dog, if you go to breakfast take your dog, if you go to the beach take your dog, if you go ________, take your dog, its that simple.
We count on you to prevent your pet from making excessive noise, being disruptive or aggressive to other guests. If your pet is deemed dangerous, harmful or disruptive, property management has sole discretion to require you to find other accommodations.
If your room or RV space requires excessive cleaning, or if damages are incurred as a result of your pet’s actions, charges for additional services and repairs will be at the registered guest expense.
Thank you for reading and understanding our pet guidelines (please ask for any clarification if needed). Adherence to these guidelines are very important. If these are dismissed by you, we will kindly ask you and your dog to vacate the premises with no refund.

Pet Fees and Deposit for motel guest rooms:
$25.00 one time fee per pet
$100.00 refundable deposit
Failure to observe pet guidelines will result in the following deductions in pet deposit:
Excessive Hair Removal: $50.00
Air Filtration: $50.00
Heavily soiled bedding and linens, floors, furniture: $75.00
All damages exceeding deposit will be billed at replacement cost and your pet will no longer be welcome.
