One day we hope to have an indoor space for guests to stretch and practice yoga, for now this communal space is on hold. We encourage you to explore and try these wellness focused businesses on the South Oregon Coast and virtual offerings.


Our in-person yoga communities have been hard hit by Covid19 and its hard to know when we will all be able to gather again without navigating social distancing and masking. Bandon does have a local yoga studio providing in person instruction and on-line classes. Check out the Bandon Yoga Hive website for schedule and guidelines.

It has been a strange year full of challenges, one of the ways I’ve coped through 2020 is through yoga. Below are links to the teachers that inspire and comfort me when the outside world’s energy starts to antagonize my own energy. Each of these teachers is gifted with the ability of seeing and understanding bodies paired with clear communication. I encourage you to visit their website and practice one of their free offerings during your stay. If the weather is nice you are invited to stream and enjoy your practice in the backyard.
